We make every endeavour to showcase the products in their true form with their colours, finishes and descriptions depicted as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of the products featured please be aware that every item will have slight variations and each will be unique in their own way. Please always check the measurements noted as some images may not be true to scale.
When you place an order with NAMOKI you will receive a confirmation email to let you know the order has been received. Please keep this email for future referral if problems arise.
Payment is made via Stripe’s secure server and payment for orders is made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise NAMOKI to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, NAMOKI cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.
All prices on the website are in UK GBP Sterling (£) and are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery charges will be added on to the total during check out.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We endeavour to despatch all orders by the end of the following working day from when the order is placed. Within this time you may cancel your order, providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by emailing email@example.com quoting your name and order details. If the goods have already been despatched then please follow our returns policy as detailed below.
NAMOKI reserves the right to cancel the contract for one or more of the following reasons; there is insufficient stock, there is a technical or pricing issue with the product, we are not able to deliver to your area.
Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, and VAT at the standard UK rate.
Standard delivery for UK orders is £3.50 for small packages, £4.95 for medium packages and £8.95 for large items.
Standard UK delivery will normally be dispatched by the end of the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding peak times and holidays) via Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce. Occasionally, circumstances out of our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead or cancel the order and received a refund.
For orders outside of the UK please contact us directly at email@example.com for a quote.
You can return any product for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs for the delivery or return of the item. All returned products must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging. SALE items are non-returnable.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible via email and include your order number. We will then do our best to resolve the situation. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. If you would like a replacement, please let us know when you report the item as faulty. If we are unable to fulfil your request for a replacement we will be happy to refund you in full. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt when we will decide whether to accept the item is faulty.
When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. We would recommend you use registered post and retain the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. We can’t be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Discount codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free postage and packaging or a sale.
We respect your privacy rights and recognise the importance of protecting the information we collect from you. The information you provide allows us to process orders efficiently and to alert you to new products, special offers and news relating to NAMOKI. We will never share your information with parties outside our organisation unless required by law.

NAMOKI’s total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by NAMOKI to the customer. NAMOKI shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. NAMOKI cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
